Orva collects information to provide personalised AI assistance, including:

  • Content from your screen and interactions within supported applications

  • Chat messages and conversations with Orva

  • Account information (name and email address)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide personalised AI assistance and recommendations

  • Improve your workflow and productivity

  • Enhance the Orva service, product and user experience

  • Maintain and secure your account

  • Verify your identity

  • Market our product features to you, including contacting you electronically by email, text or phone call.

  • Respond to communications from you

  • Bill you and to collect money that you owe us, including authorising and processing credit card transactions

Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • End-to-end encryption for data in transit using TLS 1.3

  • Encryption for all data at rest

All user data is stored securely in encrypted format. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with strict security protocols. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is not used to train AI models. Data can be shared with external services for their own independent use.

Internet Use

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.

If you post your personal information on the website’s support chatbot, you acknowledge and agree that the information you post is publicly available.

If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information.

Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access your collected information at any time

  • Request a copy of your data

  • Delete your data partially or completely at any time

  • Opt-out of specific data collection features

  • Terminate your account and remove all associated data

Accessing and Correcting your personal information

Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

If you want to exercise either of the above rights, email us at help@tryorva.io . Your email should provide evidence of who you are and set out the details of your request (e.g. the personal information, or the correction, that you are requesting). We may charge you our reasonable costs of providing to you copies of your personal information or correcting that information.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data in several ways:

  • Contacting our support team

  • Deleting your account (which removes all associated data)

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as you remain an active user of our service. If you terminate your account, your personal data will be deleted within a period of two years. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting our support team at help@tryorva.io in which case the data will be removed within 1 week.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy policy through:

  • In-app notifications

  • Email notifications

  • Updates on our website

Children's Privacy

Orva is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

Service Providers

We may engage trusted service providers to help operate our service, but they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and cannot use your data for any other purpose.
